If your cancellation request is processed before your goods have been dispatched, we will refund you once we have processed your cancellation, in accordance with your rights.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, we will refund you on receipt of the goods or on receipt of valid evidence showing the goods are on their way to us.
You will be responsible for all the return postage and packaging costs. Please send all goods back to us, using our returns portal by the cancellation deadline.
